Palazzaccio Todi - Romantic stone house with views
About
The house is part of a historical estate dating back to the 17th Century. Records show that Garibaldi the italian national hero stayed here in 1846 retreating from the defeat at the hand of Napoleon III army of the short lived democratic adventure of the Roman Republic.

The house sits in on the most exclusive hill facing the town of Todi and the valley beneath it. It is surrounded by a private wood of 30 hectares that covers the hill all the way to a medieval watchtower that dominates the valley. The house has been refurbished in 2013 blending our old family furnitures with a contemporary minimalistic style.

The house hides secluded from the road and neighbours but it's just 8 km away from the highway and town and within half an hour drive from all local attractions.
It takes 30 min to drive to a near by beach or to the Unesco World heritage site of San Francis of Assisi, just to mention a couple.
One day you could do a wine trail through some of the best wineries of Italy and another you could take a one day cooking class form an italian mama. Or if you prefer some action you could horse ride through our estate and then relax yourself with a massage at one of the local Spa.
