EVO del Borgo was established in the ancient village of Arquà Petrarca, on the food of Bignago Mount, in one of the most renowned land of the Euganean Hills for its quality products. Here the Callegaro’s family have been transforming for three generations his love for this land in a daily work, which feeds on sacrifice and passion. The grandparents, who in their time cultivated cereals, olive trees and vineyards, passed on to children and grandchildren of immense value: the knowledge that to get quality products you have to invest in new technologies without losing the knowledge and traditional production methods.
