About

Since 1966, we have been processing and whipping ice cream in our showrooms, with the passion and experience that sets us apart. In 2013 our Fior di latte won the World Ice Cream Oscar. Our mission? To offer a Genuine and Artisan product, which we would give to our children: Our ice cream contains 20% less sugar than traditional ice cream, because we use only cane sugar or stevia. We use fresh milk, free-range eggs and seasonal fruit, just like in the old days. The cups and materials are made of FSC paper: with cellulose from responsibly managed forests.
