Torre Alta was born to repeat the success achieved in the U.S.A. From the restaurant "Sapore del mediterraneo", which immediately stood out for excellence and taste.The restaurant is located in a strategic position, near Palermo City, just a few kilometres far from the beaches of Capaci , Carini and Mondello. Torre Alta is an ancient Oliveri water machinery, which dates back to the early 1900s. It represents an important example of archeology and it is constituted by a circular basin - where nowadays you can eat - a water well and a farm building.
