This semi-detached air conditioned villa, is on an exclusive small development on a hillside above Cittadella del Capo, Calabria. The site has its own infinity swimming pool and is five minutes from the nearest beach and town by car. A car is essential. <br><br>Well furnished rooms with stunning views. Bedroom 1, kingsize bed and balcony. Bedroom 2, kingsize bed with no balcony. Bedroom 3, small balcony, with sofa converting into either a double or 2 singles beds. All linen, bath and beach towels provided. Cot available. <br><br>Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. Comfortable lounge and dining area, veranda with easy chairs for sitting. Large patio area for outside dining and BBQ. <br><br>If you are looking to relax in some peace and quiet in an unspoilt part of Italy, this is for you.<br><br>Not suitable for very young children or those with mobility problems due to steps to villa.
