The Country House “Il Vecchio Fienile” is a holiday house with swimming pool near Perugia, in Umbria, there are apartments to rent for tourists. The House is located in the countryside, on top of Ponte Felcino hills, at about 6 Km away from the historical city centre of Perugia, it is at about 285m above the sea level and with its position overlooks a wide green valley and it has a view over Subasio mountain and the city of Assisi. The country house is in the heart of Umbrian countryside, there are paths going among old olive trees and tree plantations like cherry trees and walnut trees, it is surrounded by organic cultivated lands and forests with paths which give guests the possibility of having nice and relaxing walks, it’s also possible to do bird watching thanks to the silence and peace of the Umbrian countryside. The holiday house offers different kind of apartments for tourists, they are all finely simple furnished and they have all facilities. The six apartments are independent: provided with electricity, private bathroom with hairdryer, kitchenette with electric cookers and all kitchen accessories, Wi-Fi, digital cable connection for TV with Sky satellite signal (no decoder), interphone, laundry, private car park.
