Located in an intermediate position between the Furlo Gorge and the town of Fano, specifically in the town of "Montemaggiore al Metauro" (197 m ), the structure enjoys the proximity of large cities of art (Urbino 25 km) and entertainment on the Adriatic Riviera (Rimini 40 km, 18 km from Pesaro, Fano 10 km) . The ideal location also allows the retrieval of all the great raw materials typical of the local gastronomy, from the precious truffle of Acqualagna, excellent fish of the Adriatic, to the excellent meat reared in Montefeltro, wines and oils produced in the surrounding hills.
