Cantina Wilma - Il vino di donna Tethi

A former large shed or a barn, refurbished and adapted as a cellar by the contractor Maurizio Nonno's expert hands. Going down from Chieti in the direction of the quarter of Madonna della Vittoria, Cantina Wilma is located along a narrow road which gets aven narrower running along a ridge. On one side there is the magnificent panorama of the heart of Abruzzo, the Pescara River valley. On the other, un unsuspected rural landscape quietly lulled by the warm sun at sunset. ​ Beautiful setting, welcoming and taken care of. The roof is made of wood with exposed beams, behind the gate the soul of the company is hidden: tanks and wine casks. The entire production line "Il Vino di Donna Tethi" is certified as organic. The wines are taken directly from the barrel and bottled without being clarified and filtered and without being stabilized. The natural vinification with indigenous yeasts and the refinement on the fine lees in steel only highlight its territorial characteristics.
