The Casale U Varigliu is on a green hill at the foot of the Mountains of Matese. Managed with friendliness and simplicity from Di Lello family who manages to make you feel at ease. The old house is built in stone. It takes its name U Varigliu ancient gate that leads to the impressive St. Michael's cave, the traditional place of worship of Gioia Sannitica. Most of them grow straight, others buy them from small local producers ensuring their provenance. We serve mainly seasonal products and zero kilometers.
