A pine covered sand dune on the coast about 5 km from Follonica. The village has a total of 51 mini apartments, 33 of which offering floor space of 50 square metres plus terrace (B5 - C5). Situated on the ground or first floors, they have two bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, living room and terrace. Fifth bed in living room. All two-bedroom apartments are located on the dune and look out to sea (terrace with sea view on coastal side, terrace with garden view on inland side). Also available are 3 one-bedroom apartments (A4, 35 square metres plus terrace), all ground floor, offering and 15 one - bedroom apartments (A5, 50 square metres plus terrace), all ground floor, offering one bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and living room with double sofa bed (A4), or two bedroom (one double) and fifth bed in living room (A5).All located inland of canal (50 m from beach).
