We propose a natural cuisine made through menus -tasting recipes and flavours of Tuscan territory. We use only Organic products from our production or from other certified Organic Farms exclusively from our region. Many of our preparations are based on ancient traditions of campaign as the homemade bread, the fresh pasta made by hand with the best and most special flours from old Mills of Pisa’s surrounds and Garfagnana. Cereals, legumes, vegetables, Aromatic herbs become part of a rich Menu mainly Vegetarian and Vegan or gluten-free on request, to taste in a family atmosphere and relaxing in the Fireplace’s Room with music and candles in winter or in the green Terrace from May onwards. Having regard to the particular kind of dinner we kindly require you to reserve at least the day before.
