Life Bistrot is a very particular Restaurant. Food is Plant Based and Organic, as more as possible by local farmers. The building is a "Museum", tables are up on an extraordinary transparent pavement with many Etruscans, Romans and Medieval Ruins. Outside it is possible to eat on 5 pleasant terraces arranged on several levels along the oldest and most important Etruscan street in the old city center of Volterra. Guests can choose from fresh recipes with options gluten-free. Each product has its own history, its own energy, its own biodiversity. Our recipes recount this union, transmitting a true and experiential world, magically recognizable through the perceptions of our senses.
