The Villa was carefully restored by its current owners, who live on the first floor of the Villa. The ground floor is decorated, managed and rented out by Sant'Anastasio Societa Agricola SRL. One of the best holiday accommodations in the San Gimignano / Volterra area. Close to Sienna, Florence, Pisa, Chianti and Bolgheri. Historic Cantina could be rented from the owners. The Villa enjoys complete privacy: private entrance and territory of four hectares with olive grove are available only to the owners and the guests of the Villa. This luxury Tuscany villa offers three Suites of different sizes, large common area where indoor or outdoor breakfast is served and large 'infinity' swimming pool overlooking the skyline of the ancient City of Volterra.
