Cook in Italy with Teresa Colors, and have an unforgettable experience! I am Teresa, I have always been cooking, specializing in cooking for people with allergies, I obtained the status of cook at the Istituto Alberghiero di Aviano, in order to open the activity of Kitchen Teacher. My passion is Italian cuisine, which I teach at my home - I live 1 hour from Venice by train - in a practical and fun way, in groups of no more than 8 people, with few but good ingredients. The lessons are usually in English because most of my clients are Americans.
