The residence features 18 apartments individualy designed in south Italian style painted with fresh and bright colors. Each apartment has terrace with small garden or view to the sea and provides maximum comfort and convenience and can accommodate up to 4 persons in one apartment - 2 on double bed and 2 on bunk bed. Apartment feautures:- LCD TV- WIFi- Air Condition- Kitchencorner- Desk and Chairs- Garden furniture on terrace- Double bed- Bunk bed- Bathroom with shower stall- Toilete. The resort is located in the bay with the same name, in a quiet area about 2 km from downtown and the beach of La Pelosa. It's 50 km far from Alghero airport, 30 km from Porto Torres, 150 km from Olbia airport and port and Golfo Aranci port. The residence is nested on small hill with spectacular view to the sea. You can find a plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood and one is attached right to the residence. The sandy beach is about 100 meters far from the residence. If you do not fancy swimming in the sea and you would feel more comfortable with pool you can find one in the residence area. There is also a nice bar where you can have a drink and relax. Tennis court is located in the neighborhood.Nice restaurants and bars can be also found in the center of Stintino which is about 15 minutes walking through pitoresque village. You can easily reach Alghero, Fertilia Airport, Porto Tores and Sassari by bus. The bus stop is located right up on hill close to the residence.
