It is the way we use here, on Ischia Island, to call the "Pignatta", the terracotta pot we use to cook the dishes of our tradition. This is precisely the heart of our proposal: to offer an experience able to combine tradition and innovation, local ingredients of the highest quality that tell you about a dynamic island projected towards the future but able to jealously guard the knowledge of its own fathers.
