The name of the Cooperative Oil Mill of Montalbano is coming from the hill situated between Florence, Pistoia and Prato and 1 km from the town of Vinci where Leonardo the genius was born. Guided tours and olive oil tasting in the Oil Mill is a nice stop for who wants to taste the genuine flavour of the Tuscan Extravergin Olive Oil produced by local farmers.
