With 16 fully equipped independent workstations, library, multimedia room, didactic restaurant with garden and vegetable garden, the NOSCO cooking school of the Antico Convento dei Cappuccini is one of the most important realities in food and wine training in Southern Italy and the only school specialized in international Mediterranean cuisine. NOSCO was born to protect the food traditions handed down for centuries by farmers, shepherds and fishermen of which the monks were attentive guardians.
