With nearly 300 stalls, Trionfale has seemingly endless rows of vendors selling fresh vegetables, fruit, spices, cheese, seafood, meat, and more. See where real Romans go to stock their kitchens, and learn about the secret behind great Italian cuisine—high-quality ingredients. As we walk through the busy market, you'll have a chance to sample wine, fresh pasta, oysters, Pizza,Carpaccio,olive oil,porchetta,cheeses,truffles and local desserts.
