Cooking class at Hotel Buca di Bacco Positano

Among our services, the Buca di Bacco offers the opportunity for guests to learn about our regional cooking style. Participants no younger than 15 years old. When: upon request. Classes start at 4.00 pm and last about two hours, finishing at 6.00 pm with a tasting of the dishes prepared (appetizer, first course and second course). Where: cooking classes are held in the open kitchen of the Ristorante Buca di Bacco. Number of participants: minimum 2 people. Tasting: at the end of the class, participants taste the fruits of their labour and receive a souvenir gift of the culinary experience. Open to any food restriction if requested in advance.
