La Levandara farm lies among the hills of Fermo and Monterubbiano, in an area caressed by the breeze from the east which blows off the sea.15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and 30 minutes from the National Park of Monti Sibillini, the farm offers a unique and magical landscape, embracing at a glance the sea, the gentle hills and Blue Mountains sung about by Giacomo Leopardi.La Levandara was founded in 1990 by Franco Piersanti. Inspired by his love for nature and passion for authenticity, his desire was to let people discover the beauty of an enchanting land. The skillfully restored old farmhouse lies in a land of about 30 hectares, surrounded by meadows, forests of acacia trees, oaks and elms, walnut groves, olive groves and orchards that offer fresh vegetables and fragrant oil that we produce. The very soul of our beloved region, the Marche, is reflected in our farm that offers its guests unforgettable scents, colors and delights. La Levandara farm welcomes curious travellers, happy families and four-legged companions. Bring with you the desire to discover and to fall in love with a fascinating land, unknown to most people.The Levandara Farmhouse in collaboration with Centro Ippico Monterosato organises excursions and other horse activities. A new outdoor swimming pool! There are two communicating basins: main pool 12X6 m large, depth 1,4 m and children's pool 4X4 m large, depth 0,4 m. The pool is surrounded by a large solarium with sun beds and umbrellas, and amazing, breathtaking landscapes. There will be also showers and changing rooms available. We expect to complete construction works of the pool by the end of May, to make it fully functional for the summer season.
