The Villa Fiore Farmhouse was born in the ancient villa built at the end of the 18th century by the great-grandfather Amadio Fiore. It occupies a quiet position, 15 km from the sea, the mountains and the cities of art. It overlooks the hills of Abruzzo with a splendid view of the village of Torano Nuovo and the Apennine mountains such as the Gran Sasso d'Italia. Built in two different eras and also used for various agricultural activities such as the oil mill, the cellar, the breeding of silkworms, the pigeon house, it was the reference point of the surrounding village to which it also gave the name "Villa Fiore" . Today, preserving the original structure, we have renovated it with the aim of giving hospitality and accommodation to those who want to spend a completely relaxing holiday. It offers classically furnished rooms and apartments, with bed linen and towels. On the upper floors there are bedrooms with private bathrooms, mini apartments with a large panoramic terrace, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is the breakfast room with a pleasant panoramic veranda. You will always find homemade desserts, fresh bread, cold cuts, fruit and hot drinks. In the large garden there is the swimming pool with chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas, from here a wonderful panoramic view opens up. The 19-hectare company returns to revive the pleasures of life in the countryside! Rich in olive groves and fruit trees, it produces extra virgin olive oil and a small vegetable garden. With an optimal position to visit all the beauties of Abruzzo and those of the nearby Marche, the Agriturismo Villa Fiore is ideal for lovers of the sea and the mountains, cities of art and small unspoilt villages. It is possible to easily reach the nearby Adriatic beaches, Mount Gran Sasso with all the majesty of its nature, the Monti della Laga, the main villages of Abruzzo and the Marches. Finally, all food and wine enthusiasts can taste the typical local products at restaurants and wineries not far from the structure with production of DOC, DOCG wines and DOP olive oil. The food and wine festivals are in July and August. Torano Nuovo and its surroundings are very popular for cycling. The closest restaurants are in Torano Nuovo, 2 km from the structure; in the village there is also a small supermarket and a bakery.
