According to our philosophy, we strive to use the fresh, seasonal products and fruits of our Abruzzi region (predominantly indigenous to agriculture). We are responsible for the meticulous compliance and control of our products. This is self-evident to us. If necessary, we will shock-freeze some of our products. Although we try to avoid frozen products when possible. We make a careful selection of regional, high-quality oils, especially extra virgin olive oil and wines. Our pizza doughs ferment slowly and are therefore very good digestible. The pizza, as well as some other dishes are baked in the wood oven. For inquiries about our ingredients we are at disposal at any time. If you have any intolerance or allergy, please do not hesitate to inform us immediately!
