La Valle Del Sole is located in the countryside of Offida, a medioeval village born betwenn the Adriatic Sea and Sibillini and Laga Mountains . The winemaker Silvano, the owner of the little farm, cultivates the native vines of Piceno territory: Passerina, Pecorino and Montepulciano, together with his family, following the biological agriculture. Making a quality wine means working in the vineyard and listening to the country. Few people are lucky to live and preserve the relationship between man and environment. Eating: our restaurant is open by appointment and it welcomes all the guests eager to discover the typical dishes of the area. They have the time flavour because they are cooked in wood oven, and tthey are natural because their ingredients are cultivated in the farm vegetable garden, always grown with the biological agricolture. Sleeping: five confortable rooms from where the typical landscape of Marche hills can be admired, drawn by man's work: the chain of Sibillini Mountains and the nearest Ascensione Mount for an irresistible sunset. After a dark night of stars, silence and crickets, the breakfast and a good morning with many homemade cakes, jams, seasonal fruit, milk of Piceno cows and coffee will be the starting for an excellent day in the Piceno countries, a hiking in the mountains or for a dip in the sea.
