At the "Rivalago" restaurant, the chefs Claudio and Massimo create dishes inspired by the heritage of the region. With fun and dedication they prepare delicacies with local products and extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruits and capers grown personally by the owners. Dinners are served by candlelight on the shores of the lake, and in the summer the restaurant hosts gourmets in the garden, in the shade of the olive trees, laurels and pittosporums. In the historic stone cellar, excellent bottles are preserved, available on the wine list.
