In a charming local of the 1300s, there is the wine shop & wine bar of Casa Porciatti. Comfortably seated at the tables of the wine bar you can choose to accompany your wine with a platter of cured meats of our production, Tuscan cheeses and bruschetta, or taste the traditional Chianti dishes, prepared with care by our kitchen: pici with Ragu Chiantigiano, Pici “alle briciole” (fresh pasta with bread crumbs), Black Truffle Ravioli, Ribollita, Florentine Tripe, stewed Boar, Peposo, Stracotto with Chianti, Ossobuco alla senese and Porchetta. Riccardo, a passionate Sommelier, welcomes his guests with the best of Tuscan enology: more than 400 labels between Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano, Supertuscans, and a reasoned selection of wines from the most important Italian regions such as Barolo and Amarone della Valpolicella. Every day you can choose between 20 – 25 different wines to taste (25ml) or by glass (125ml) thanks to the Coravin system
