The apartments are located inside our La Casaccia estate, where we have been growing grapes and olives for centuries. La Casaccia estate is near the charming medieval village of San Gusmè. The apartments we rent are located within the 19th century manor house, which was recently renovated. The view from the windows is enchanting, since they face toward the Chianti hills. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and stove. The apartment has satellite TV and free Wi-Fi connection. Antique furniture, ceilings with exposed wood beams, exposed stone and Tuscany cotto floors make these apartments unique Guests have access to our garden, swimming pool (12x4x1 meters; 0.20 to 1, 40 meters deep - open from June to September), which is located in a quiet and reserved place with a wonderful view, surronded by olive trees, barbecue area next to the swimming pool, playground (with swings and slide), special area dedicated to dogs, private parking.
