I worked in Sicily, Rome and Japan as Chef in 4 Italian restaurants, two of which are Michelin starred, Bice Tokyo and Bulgari Tokyo and collaborated with Ferrero. Now in Sicily I work as a Private Chef in luxury villas and I organize private tours of Sicily being a licensed tour guide.I organize visits to Sicilian food&wine companies with tastings and lunches and street food tours.During winter time,I travel to other countries as a Private Chef in according to the customer's request
