The Residence Damarete is located in the heart of the island of Ortigia, the Siracusa's historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Residence is constituted by four independent apartments of different sizes that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people depending on their size (with the possibility of adding a single bed in each apartment and hold up to 5 people). Each apartment is equipped with TV, air conditioning, wi-fi system, kitchen and bathroom. The complex is only 30 meters away from the sole solarium in the historical center. The prices vary according to the period of the staying and the size of the apartments. The prices refer to 2 people. All prices include the consumption of electrical energy for a maximum consumption power of 50 kwh per week.The amount of electricity you use in excess will have to be paid at 36 cents per kwh.
