"EAT from North to Food" Born from the passion for high delicatessen, since 1993, the year in which we appeared in this varied and exciting sector of gastronomy. Over the years we have met many professionals ranging from "lardaruli" to "salsicciari" passing through dairy and cheese producers. We can testify that, the choice, the salting and the aromatization of the meats, the sausage bagging, the cooking, the seasoning are executed with mastery by our partners and in the maximum respect of all the rules for food safety. Only in this way it is possible to ensure the uniqueness and excellence of the final products for the consumer. Living three years in Modena, the land of cured meats, we found that the quality obtained from our national farms identify us as unique and unparalleled on the world stage. All our products are chosen by careful care, directly at the production sites.
