We are father and daughter, Bojan, the passionate mushroom picker and Anja, the enthusiastic one, both big food lovers, cooks by heart and supporters of local ingredients and suppliers. We have created a new experience for you - mushroom picking and culinary day with Bojan & Anja. IT SMELLS LIKE MUSHROOMS: Mushroom picking and culinary day with Bojan & Anja. Firstly, we will meet at our base, where we will have breakfast with local delicacies together. After this we will venture into the forests around Bovec, learn the basics of mushroom picking & gather what nature will provide us with. We will head back to the base, where you will learn how to clean, prepare and store mushrooms & together we will cook something yummy in the professional kitchen of Bovec kitch'n.
