The work of artistic and cultural interest is certainly the triptych in tempera on panel attributed to Marco Antonio Aquili , second son of the more famous Antoniazzo Romano . Placed above the main altar , the work represents three saints very revered in the territory of Vacone : St. Paul the Apostle , St. John the Apostle and Evangelist and St. Stephen's first martyr , accompanied by three scenes respectively which relate to their martyrdom .
