Anticas Licanzias is a characteristic Bistrò, a place where you can buy it and taste the best typical Sardinian products and where you can taste the dishes of Sardinian tradition. From the Breakfasts with the delicious Cafeteria, theLocal proposes the Aperitivo with our selection of Sardinian wines accompanied by a Selected Cheese. The Kitchen Menu (open for lunch and dinner) in particular proposes the fresh pasta made in our laboratory: The MALLOREDDOS (Gnocchi), the RAVIOLI of Ricotta or Cheese and the CULURGIONES of Potatoes which We propose simple recipes and dressings made with zero kilometers products. You can also enjoy FRATTAU BREAD, an ancient recipe that makes use of Typical Carasau bread (also this we produced according to tradition in the oven to Wood) and soups such as FILINDEU or FREGOLA feature. In the second courses we always propose the ARROSTO PORCETTO, the Roasted Cheese, the VEGETABLES of Fresh Season Grilled or cooked to Steam and to finish as Dessert our SEADAS or a selection of typical Sweets of Sardinian tradition And the Cakes we always made.
