"Résidence Villa Smeralda" are five beautiful independent apartments. We are located in a private fenced park of about 30,000 m2s full of flowers, fruit trees, vineyards and animals: horse, ponies, turtles and chickens. We have a large shared pool. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, large private veranda with barbecue, one bedroom, one living room and a bathroom. Electricity, air-conditioning, bedlinen and towels are provided free of charge. Breakfast is always included in the rate. On our property we have a bar and a restaurant, where you can enjoy authentic Italian dishes. We have 2x One Bedroom Apartment, 2x Two Bedroom Apartement and 1x Executive Apartment with private swimmingpool.
