The L’Alzoni Residence is a newly built, completely family-run property located in the hamlet of L’Alzoni, just 3km from the center of San Teodoro; Its location is ideal for those who love a quiet and relaxing holiday, but at the same time allows you to be in just 5 minutes both in the heart of the village nightlife and on the most beautiful Teodorine beaches. It is about 30km from the main arrival and departure points in North / East Sardinia, ie from the port and airport of Olbia which can be reached in just 25-30 minutes. The rooms, distributed on the two levels of the building, differ in type between economy, standard, superior and family, all with single beds separated or joined in the double version, but each with a private bathroom; complete the package of services: air conditioning, mini bar, Smart-TV, safe, WI-FI connection and reserved parking space adjacent to the structure. For the breakfast service, the structure has on the ground floor an internal common area as well as a small outdoor garden; A reserved and free parking space is also available for guests of the Residence at the Lu Impostu Restaurant, a structure located in front of the beach of the same name, one of the most beautiful on the entire coast.
