Punta Lizzu Farmhouse opened in June 1993 the traditional cuisine of Sardinia and from Siniscola 's territory, with original recipes and products of great quality. In addition to producing various raw materials such as extra virgin olive oil from the very low acidity, wines, meats, liqueurs, jams, fruit and seasonal vegetables, Punta Lizzu uses the wheat flour and groats of hard wheat by Senator Cappelli for Its pasta made by hand and for sweets. Traditional dishes: supa siniscolesa cooked in the bark, the Slowfood Presidium Sa pompìa reinvented and served as dessert, roasted meat on the skewer. Punta Lizzu combines a homegrown wines Cannonau red and Vermentino white, for a originally wine tasting and local products degustation.
