The country house is surrounded by greenery, near the medieval town of Palombara Sabina, and surrounded by a big garden with trees. The 150m² comprise four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small and a large living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have big double beds (200 x 180cm), while the other two have French beds (140 x 200cm). There is also a sofa bed (130 x 200cm). One bathroom provides a shower, the other a bath. Both living rooms are very cosy and have a fireplace. The big living room has a dining space, satellite TV and a DVD player. There is free Internet access. Due to the natural stone building structure and the shade provided by the trees in the garden, there is always a pleasant indoor temperature, so air conditioning is not necessary. All the rooms can be heated with the fireplace in the living room. Firewood is provided. The extensive garden belonging to the country house is completely enclosed. During the warm season you can cook in the outdoor kitchen and sit together and dine with family or friends at the big table. It is possible to grill. There are also a pergola with a dining space, a swing, a hammock, a children's swing and a toilet. There are several car parking spaces on site. There are local shops about five kilometres away, and you can buy e.g. olive oil, wine or meet at farms. There are several restaurants and pizzerias within 8km or in Palombara Sabina, Moricone or Cretone. The surroundings offer a range of options for trips and visits, such as the medieval Palombara Sabina, the Savelli-Torlonia Castle with its striking tower, the Romanesque abbey S. Giovanni in Argentella, the Cretone thermal spa, Tivoli with its villas (world cultural heritage) or the Monti Lucretili nature reserve. The owners have prepared comprehensive information material for guests. The accommodation is also suitable for trips to Rome, by train within half an hour from the Piano Bella di Montelibretti train station, or by shuttle bus from Palombara Sabina.
