Ballesio Cioccolato was founded on March 27, 2007, after three years of experience in managing a similar activity. Our production aims at quality and tradition: our gianduiotti are produced, cut and wrapped by hand, as in the 19th century, using only quality controlled and protected hazelnuts from Piedmont, sugar, cocoa and vanilla beans. The giacomette are produced in the same way, adding caramelized hazelnuts grains to the gianduiotti mixture. Over the years, we have managed to achieve very important recognitions, such as the Excellence in Handicrafts of the Piedmont Region; our gianduiotto is also listed as part of the typical products of the Turin province. Besides gianduiotti and giacomette, in our laboratory we also produce pralines and chocolate bars in different sizes and flavours
