"Su Sinnipiri" is a cottage situated  just 300 metres from "Perdepera beach" a beautiful beach  on the East Coast. The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, two double rooms and  a twin room, two bathrooms , a storage closet and a veranda. A large garden surrounds the property where you can find also a barbecue area and outdoor shower. The cottage is about 3 km far from the village called Cardedu. Air-conditioning is only present in the main double room.  N.B. Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in: Final cleaning € 70,00 (compulsory) Air conditioning/heating €0,50/Kw Bed sheets and bath towels €15,00 per person (available on request) Late check in after 9:00 pm € 50,00 (available on request) A maximum of one dog will be admitted per booking 50€.
