On the slopes of Mount Erice, just 50 meters away from the sea, born the Farm Holiday Tenuta Pizzolungo. Within the property, you will experience the natural beauty of Sicily, reflected in our garden. Fragrant magnolias, healthy pines, ficus and palm trees give the place a special mediterranean charm. On a rocky ridge that gently slops down to the sea, overlooking the estate, are cultivated olive trees, vegetables and cereals. The farm is located in an ideal position to visit the province of Trapani, including the islands Egadi easily accesible by hydrofoil from the port of Trapani. Along the estate there are many rural constructions skilfully renovated, e.g. the "gebbia", an old stone tank used to collect water, the "stalla" (stable), nowadays converted to gazebo and barbecue area, the winery, where it is possible to look closely at old presses and other agricultural tools formerly used for the production of wine and olive oil. Walking along the farm holiday you will encounter many courtyard animals, especially our peacocks who proudly show their beautiful plumes. On the farm you can experience the thrill the "paths of the sea", following a breathtaking path alongside the beach and countryside, while on donkey-back, discovering the hidden treasures of the estate. Tata, Zara e Serenella, our little donkeys await at beginning of the path to be brushed and after some caresses the journey is ready to begin following interesting paths.
