Residenza del Porto is located in Rovereto - Borgo Sacco on Via Moia. 15 Km from Garda lake, 20 from Trient, 70 from Verona. 3 Km from Rovereto Sud and Nord of Autostrada del Brennero. The residence is a two floor period building with six newly refurbished, high-quality apartments. It is located between the Adige river and the Green Innovation Factory - a former tobacco processing plant, now dedicated to research and innovation in environmentally sustainable construction, renewable energy and eco-technology. The residence boasts exquisite views of the mountains surrounding the Vallagarina valley It is also enviably located facing a historical 9,000 squared metre vineyard as well as being in the vicinity of two splendid riverside cycling paths ("Riva del Garda - Kurtinig" and "Via Claudia Augusta Borghetto - Trento") and within just two kilometres from Rovereto city center, which can be easily accessed through frequent bus services.The residence enjoys plenty of natural sunlight for the vast majority of the day and is surrounded by a lovely garden and a little yet picturesque square at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac.
