Rifugio La Montanara is an authentic alpine mountain lodge perched on the Altopiano del Pradel at 1,600 m above sea level, within the UNESCO‑listed Paganella‑Brenta Dolomites. Established in 1973 by the Sartori family, the lodge combines rustic mountain charm with modern comforts, offering traditional Trentino cuisine—fresh pasta, cheeses, polenta and seasonal meats—prepared on wood‑fired ovens and served with a selection of local wines and beers. Guests can dine in a relaxed Snack Bar while enjoying sweeping views of the Brenta Dolomites and the Campanile Basso, making it a peaceful retreat from everyday life.
