In our menu we offer typical dishes of the Trentino cuisine and house specialties specially prepared to satisfy those who seek unusual flavors in absolutely wholesome foods. The Maso Sveseri Restaurant joins the AFC AIC Alimentare Fuori Casa project with a DEDICATED MENU INTOLERANT TO GLUTEN. Even our pizza is characteristic, not only for its size and filling, but especially for the base dough made with 4 different types of flour and leavened at least 24 hours; all cooked in a modern wood-burning oven with a rotating plate.
