The cuisine is inspired by Friulian traditions of the hills, revisited and rendered contemporary except for its cornerstones. A few concessions are given to the neighbors, for example the fish dish introduced in the summer because it’s lighter, but only if it’s possible to get to the coast, just 20 kilometers away, in the morning. However, there are many options for those with intolerances or Celiac disease. Just let out staff know: with fresh ingredients and a quick kitchen, we will always find a solution. Finally, for vegetarians, every meal has something to offer. The restaurant is located in Castello di Buttrio which also allows for easy wine tastings of the same winery, walks in the park or stays in the historic residence, a comfortable wine resort.
