Gattabuia Ristorante Sociale is a prison economy project located in the heart of Villa Olimpia. A place that has always represented commitment and care towards the most fragile people. Our project combines the training and the professional integration of people with Justice problems and at risk of social marginality. We believe in the generative potential of people, food, conviviality and good ideas. We want to use flavors to communicate the richness of stories. Is a place of meeting and sharing, a space open to the community and its proposals. It is a place that wants to make the world a little bit better than how it found it. We believe that a different prison is possible: open, active and creator of value, committed to accompany the transformation of people. In our Social Restaurant, work is an tool of personal revolution and food is a useful mean to bring stories together. We want to create together a recipe that has the taste of integration, trust and good time spent with family.
