The farm is located in Casale's Brown Signs, ancient and beautiful town of Roman origin, in a clearing nestled between sky and earth at 700 meters high. To the west, behind the verdant peaks of Lepinis, the Tyrrhenian Sea colors of blue on the horizon. On sunny days, the nearby High Rock, it seems almost touch it by stretching a hand. Towards the north, beyond the noble profile of the ancient village of Artena, the Castelli Romani, sung by poets over the centuries and stornellatori, placid stretch at the foot of the eternal greatness of Rome, far from signs only half an hour. An excellent location. L’antico Casale, oggi completamente ristrutturato, era un tempo utilizzato come fienile, cascina, stalla, pollaio, magazzino e ricovero attrezzi. Tutto intorno, nei terreni di famiglia, le attività agricole erano tramandate da generazioni: si producevano marroni (la tipica e pregiatissima qualità di castagna segnina, omaggiata dal nome stesso dell’agriturismo). Mucche, cavalli, capre, maiali, conigli, pecore e galline punteggiavano il paesaggio con le loro inconfondibili silhouette. Il frutteto era un rigoglioso susseguirsi di sapori e profumi unici. Fichi, pere, mele, loti, ciliegie, melograni, pesche, nocciole, noci, prugne, visciole, amarene, giuggiole, corbezzoli, ribes, mirtilli, uva spina, lamponi: non mancava niente in questo lembo di terra incantato. Oggi, nulla è cambiato. Portiamo ancora orgogliosamente avanti le stesse attività e garantiamo una qualità vera e senza compromessi, tanto da poterci fregiare del titolodi azienda agricola biologica.
