Ai Mascheroni Ristorante and Osteria was born in September 2019 in the historic center of Verona, between Ponte Pietra and the Church of Santa Anastasia. Our philosophy is represented by the constant search for top quality raw materials and the seasonality of products, especially local ones. We are looking for combinations of flavors with current techniques that allow us to interpret and lighten traditional recipes. The kitchen is open to express a climate of transparency and simplicity, the rooms are sober and welcoming. In the Osteria area, cheeses and cured meats from nearby Lessinia predominate. The homemade bread with 24 hours of leavening is based on vital wheat germ and multigrain flour with whole seeds. Our wide selection of local wines from Veneto and Alto Adige perfectly matches the delights of the restaurant and the tavern.
