Gini is one of the most important and ancient wineries in the Soave area. The Gini family has cultivated vineyards since the 16th century and the knowledge has been passed down through generations. Today, they produce high quality Veneto wines, made with certified organic agriculture methods. Tradition and innovation coexist, to express the heritage of vines which are 130-year-old. The cellar offers wines such as Soave, Sauvignon Veneto, Pinot Nero and Classic Method Spumante, as well as a Valpolicella Superiore and Riserva Amarone della Valpolicella. We'll be happy to welcome you for a wine tasting in our wine shop and a visit of our underground cellar, a very fascinating space which has been entirely dug into volcanic tuff. The winery is open for visits from Monday to Friday, and Saturday on request. Booking is required for tastings and visits, and it can be done by phone or by filling a form on the website.
