Very bright apartment located in the heart of Valpolicella, next to the town center and just 4 minutes from the Sacro Cuore di Negrar hospital, as well as from the center with all services. It is 11 km from the center of Verona, 20 km from the wonderful Lake Garda, 11 km from the Verona Catullo airport, you can make different types of excursions (VEJA BRIDGE, MOLINA WATERFALLS, FAMOUS WINE CELLARS IN THE AREA, HISTORIC VILLAS ... .). The apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher / microwave), bathroom with washing machine / shower / bidet, large double bedroom with the possibility of adding 1 single bed plus 1 sofa bed for 2 in the kitchen. Terrace and private garden with table and deck chairs for sunbathing. There are two TVs and the wifi is excellent. The heating is underfloor.
