The existing structure as a hotel from 1965, was full and finely renovated in 2015, following the Italian contemporaneous design and according to the latest European safety standards. The hotel is situated in a strategic location for its proximity to the exhibition, city center ,railway station and the highway exit of South of Verona. Arena is located just 1 km away and easily reached on foot ,by bus which stops near the hotel and during the summer with the free shuttle service offered by the hotel. The 59 superior/deluxe large double bedrooms, have been planned to offer the best comfort of a modern "four stars " hotel.
